Standing behind your Company

Standing behind your Company

Aurcana was recently attacked after hours and the share price manipulated downward. The same thing happened to Jim Sinclair's company. But the difference between Jim Sinclair and Lenic Rodriguez is that Jim stands behind his company and asks for shareholder support, while we at Aurcana have to petition Lenic and ask him to take action to defend our company. I'm asking all shareholders to write to Lenic with the subject line "Defend our Share Price" at lenic@aurcana.com, and ask him to contact the exchange and complain about the manipulation of the share price on Friday. Also, I am on the phone with TD Waterhouse and they said Aun closed at $1.05 so they are now checking the bid and asks at the close. Apparently there was HUGE volume after hours - 60,000 sell order, 90,000 sell order and 400,000 sell, ...you get the idea, just to knock the price down. I was watching the volume and at 4:00 the volume was 18 million - minutes later, the volume was recorded as 28 million. Blatant manipulating sells, just to knock the price down at the close. So TD Waterhouse just confirmed the closing price they have at 4pm Friday was $1.05.

I also urge everyone to complain to the Canadian Regulatory Body, IIROC, and make a complaint through their online complaint form here: https://www.iiroc.ca/investors/makingacomplaint/Pages/default.aspx ,or email them at InvestorInquiries@iiroc.ca about the manipulation of the share price on Friday on Aurcana's stock. IF WE DON'T SPEAK UP THE MANIPULATION WILL CONTINUE. SPEAK UP TO DEFEND YOURSELVES. THIS IS YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY THAT IS BEING STOLEN BY MANIPULATION. WHERE IS YOUR OUTRAGE. DEMAND JUSTICE FOR THE CROOKS TO BE PROSECUTED!

Understand that this is blatant in the industry and the bankers do not want you to run to gold or silver. They do not want you to see the shares as a safehaven against the dilution of paper money to infinity that is coming.

Here is Jim Sinclair's note to all his shareholders to what happened to his stock's price as well.

My Dear Extended Family,

TNX closed in Canada at C$4.97 on more than 500,000 shares. TRX was trading at $4.92 seconds before the NYSE/Amex close on good volume. Someone entered a "market on the close sell," order that was bigger than the average day's trading to close at $4.11 on the NYSE/AMEX. The time of this final transaction was 4:05pm, five minutes after the official closing bell.

My more than 50 years in the investment business tells me that this was a short whose only intention was to manipulate the price to benefit some aspect of his position and had little to do with option expiry.

As you know the fundamental progress of our company has been excellent this year. Our cash position is excellent. I know of no change in that positive trend.

I am angry at manipulation. I am angry at the failure of our NYSE/AMEX specialist to conduct an orderly market. I am contacting all regulatory authorities and exchanges to complain and ask you to do the same for our company we have worked so hard to build to where it is today.

.

The contact is as follows:

SEC - https://www.sec.gov/complaint/select.shtml

Amex - https://usequities.nyx.com/customer-support

Please help me defend us, our good company, our employees and the country of Tanzania with whom we have made a unique full partnership transaction. We will not let some egomaniac behind a computer play with us like this with no attention to rules or regulations. It is time to fight back. You can be assured I will to the fullest of my experience, position and ability.

Respectfully,

Jim
