Also FNX was full of many former Inco managers including the CEO/ chairman McGibbon who guided strtategy, finances and investor relations.

Any experience Makuch would have had at FNX would likely have been limited to operations and may have prepared him well to be a mine manager. But he would not likely have received the experience to be the leader of a company.
