I am down around the same what's incredible is that's since about March.

I had a 45 min conversation with the cfo last week.  He has 90 percent of his networth in legacy as well.  Said there are no real surprises they are operating awesome the only little slip was last year's spring thaw this years looking great.  A dividend is most definitely on the table but likely not for 2 years (in my opinion) because it's a one way street for a company.  Another big focus of the conversation is that the bank keeps loaning them more money and the bank is generally way more conservative then the market...as of Fridays close the credit facilities are 1/2 the market cap.

The big life lesson here is that the markets are also joke.  In the next 5 years at least the market is. Just gambling with worse odds.  It sucks but really there's no point unless u are a fast trader.  Medium long term investing on fundamentals is dead
