RE: Insider Buying Continues: It is hard to attach much importance to the small insider buying amounts given the large amount of shares already held by the insiders. ( Mr. Holzman ) An optimist will interpret it to mean the insider sees the shares as a good buy and is slowly increasing his position. The negative spin is that the insider, being heavily invested already, is only putting in a small bid to help establish a trading price in a thinly traded stock that he does not want to see trade at lower levels.
I have seen too many insiders make buys in their stocks after they have been trashed by the market only to see the stock trade at much lower prices still.
