RE: RE: RE: MLPs in the Mid-Content Nawar, I appreciate your research. MLPs like to pay with stock because as you indicated, they have inflated share prices due to their demand for income. They need to keep buying to replace reserves and to continue to fund the cash payments to unit holders.
Usually a company's parts are worth more than its whole....this in my opinion is particularly true for a company like EQU with divers assets in two countries.
Bring on the buyers. I cannot believe how undervalued oil and gas stocks are based on current energy prices. However, the world is terrified of equities.
Europe is casting a pall over the world financial markets. The union is like playing whack a mole. Knock down one piig and up comes another. Greece is so insignificant fiscally but symbolic I suppose. Print some Euros and get it over with. If hyper inflation has not hit by now after the US printed $4 Trillion more dollars in recent years, what is a couple of trillion more euros? Come on folks....get the presses going!
