Boy oh boy this post is sure getting a lot of mileage.... I simply asked if there was a halt, only because on my iTrade flight desk which shows stock bid and asked quotes which before the opening INT was completely blank in the bid and ask area....this is common when there is a halt...... iTrade did not show a quote until the opening bell...

Sorry for the commotion.
