wow, if this is true, then all those who just bought the PP three months ago at $7.10 got screwed??!    I hope VTR management does not accept $1.10 offer?!  (last PP at $1.90)  unless they are in a financial crunch?

What would you guys do if it happens to VTR?  (a hypothetical question).  I just do not see VTR will get an offer.   But, like 4x4 said, you never know.
