Curis Resources A study paid for by Sportsmen for Responsible Energy Development found that in the seven states tested the top 50 counties for conservation and recreation jobs grew by 269% from 1969 to 2000 or 8.67% per year. In the top 50 counties with land managed for natural resource development (such as mining, logging and other resource extraction) employment grew by 76% or 2.45% per year. This is only one of the many costs that will happen if mining is allowed in the middle of Florence. Our master plan for Florence is our best solution for growth in this area.
