How great would it be if Microsoft launches a state of the art customer service centre using Ortsbo/Lexiphone technology for the explosive world-wide launch of Windows 8 operating system (which is expected to be released in October).  It would be wise for Microsoft to pursue our technology for this, or for INT/Ortsbo to be making Microsoft aware of the strategic benefits of such an arrangement....
