RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: No surprise I am not Jason from any other board or security or stock or exchange. I have never posted before. Actually, I might have years ago for Capital Gold, but my posting is VERY minimal.
This stock has great things in its future. My numbers put the current value of the recoverable ore at approximately $129 billion.
With the estimate of doubling the ore base, I am anticipating lower grades in that doubling. But IMHO the overall value in August will be close to $200 billion.
If they do 80,000 tons a day, have no major capex, take in 35%, and don't pump out another 100 million shares, I would expect this stock to achieve the $30 - $40+ range. But not for 3 years, minimum.
If they manage this right, increase the daily tonnage at a responsible rate, Europe holds together, and the global economy starts moving in the right direction, and they can mine polymetalics at a low cost per oz/lb., this stock could easily hit $50+ within 4 years.
I don't know too many investments that will give you a potential 25 bagger within 4 years. That is astounding to me.
The potential staying power of this is the sheer magnatude of the find and what remains to be found. Additionally, I doubt this would be a prime takeover target given Antagofasta's involvement. I would love for it to be, though. China's natural resource appetite and given that some of the larger mining companies have already visited this site as well. . . . What a beautiful thing it would be for this to become the target of a bidding war.
So in this message, I have listed potential positives and potential negatives. Hopefully, this won't be make me a "pumper" or a "basher," this is just a bunch of words that will hopefully spark thought and discussion regarding the potential benefits or pitfalls of this company. Yes, I am long in DM. Yes, I hope the SP goes up. But does that mean I am blind to the negatives? Definitely not. Or at least I hope not.
