You can put the blame on AC or BS if you wish but they are just following legal advisors and cannot will a better outcome. Maybe the legal strategy was wrong, but regardless little that can be done. Maybe going after Bomgar was ill timed as they likely expected the CAFC would have ruled faster. I am not happy with the situation either- who would be. You can unload your position and drive stock back to .50 while we wait- each of us takes our own decision. I beleive they did a deal with Bongar tied to the outcome of the CAFC decision. A few bucks up front to licence the tech but if the CAFC vacates the Hilton decision and changes the claim construction, the money will come. That has been the play here and always will be. A good strategy is to short the stock and start unloading, except one can get stung rather hard if the CAFC drops a decision in the middle.
