It's not the properties stealth - it's the management. LC is a run of the mill venture stock that only mines the retailers. You know this type of company - picks up properties and punches a couple of holes (begrudgedly b/c that costs money and only after mutliple delays and song and dance story) to show they are "working hard at improving shareholder value" yet ultimately will produce nothing of value for you other than a tax loss.  It is and always will be a penny flipping stock until the exchange finally puts this pig out of it's misery with a delisiting. Buy it at a penny and sell it for two or three pennies on the inevitable pump. A classic P&D. If it were not - how does it go from
.20 to a penny in less than a year? Because the market recognizes that LC has nothing of value and incompetent management.

I'm not bashing cause I'm not buying. Just want potential investors to recognize what this is. If you are looking for spec graphite play - ATT is money better risked. imo
