BHP was blocked from taking out Potash Corp. POT was the icing on the cake. What they were really after was all the viable potash members surrounding Potash Corp, which they successfully bought: Anglo Potash [255 Million] and Athabasca Potash [360 Million].

When added together, those members have about 7x the indicated mineral reserves of Potash Corp!

Marius is one smart cookie---maybe too smart for my comfort ;-(
