Thank you for your views, Zarko. You are right, I have assumed an ethical and a professional standard amongst Mena's executives that you obviously do not share. When I considered entering into a trade with this company, I saw two things: deeply undervalued assets, and executives with what seemed to be excellent credentials. Afterall, there is something to be said for a good reputation, especially on the venture exchange. It might be more valuable than money.

But you could be right about them, too. You appear to have been involved with this company longer than I have. Perhaps they are scoundrels. In your scenario, however, if it does play out like you suggest, I still win with a sellout price of 10 cents. In which case I will take a profit and move on. Leaving it to others to sort out questions of mismanagement, dereliction of fiduciary duty, or even criminal intent.
