DNT = $300 Million = ~$2.50/share

Interesting if true. $300 million is not a lot considering pounds in the ground...at current prices this looks attractive but actual value is much higher and a $300 million offer is indeed low. I am for the shareholders making the decision as long as a firesale is not on the table.

Things are going to move fast and soon.
