There have been the odd report suggesting the same thing but the rally never seems to stick. I don't think things are really going to take off for a while, there is too much macro noise distracting people. Retail investors are at the lowest EVER, volume in both the TSX and NYSE are near 50% normal. Mostly a handful of funds trading back and forth against each other while everyone else sits on the side. Confidence in the market is low. Europe will take a long time to please markets, longer than 2008/2009 did in America because there are too many nations involved. The bull market won't happen until either the Fall or next Spring.

Until then, sit on your thumbs because volitility is going through the roof.
