RE: RE: Press Release I don't believe his departure was planned but I guess the only person that really knows that is Mr. Baldock and I don't personally see this as any indication that the company is already being sold, maybe we are jumping to conclusions here.
I would suggest that this was not a planned thing enyways because all shareholderes received a notice from Computershare and one oof the Appointee's was Robert Baldock.
I was under the impression when Baldock came on board with YNG that he was brought into the company to straighten things out and rebuild the company. It would appear to me that he has done this so maybe he is now moving on.
As I said before, Mr Baldock has his fingers in several pots and also he is not a young man ? if I am not mistaken he is north of 70 and YNG has been a long hard struggle for all.
My opinion for what it is worth, if he would have resigned a year ago or even 6 months ago then it would have certainly affected the stock price, now that the company is moving forward I think the stock price is now fueled by the accomplishments and posible future of the company and stock price.
