What's Happening? SP up on down day

Very strange considering the weakness of the SP during all the recent good news.  Hopefully, there has been a leak that the IMC due diligence is about to completed and an announcement is forthcoming. Maybe a local article?  Kyoung,  anything happening that you know about?
