The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

I am saying that you have been predicting a breakout - or a jump - or a move - to the 20s for several months now based on nothing at all. I'm not sure where the flaw is in your thinking - perhaps you can't read charts, perhaps you are overly optimistic, perhaps you are a pumper...who knows. Bottom line, you need to reitre your magic 8 ball ASAP. PTA is bound by the rules governing junior O&G stocks, and they are as follows (revised since 2009):

1) no more speculation buys

2) show me the oil

3) no oil + high float + risk-off market sentiment = push your SP down, every single day until rule #2 is in play
