I was convinced the financing price would be 2.25 or thereabouts. No reason, just thought it would be lower after yesterdays 40 plus dollars drop in gold. Turns out the financing is markedly less.  I still say grab the money when you can. Vast majority of juniors should be in as good a position financially. Btw, the company did have 11 million but that was after warrants exercise. I think at present it is likely closer to more than half that amount.  It is a tough market and the brokers wring the price. I prefer this to a massive warrants overhang and greater dilution of shares. Added at 2.03 today.
