Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

Remember the whole point f the spin off was to make PCY easier to invest in and a coal pure play??? I said at least a year ago that with an 18 month hold on the shares NKL was like a noose to PCY.

Today the noose tightens again
