How to complain to the OSC PaleFace - that is good, let us know if you hear back from the OSC, in my experience they don't tell you what they are or are not doing. Best to frame it as a disclosure issue as that is important to them (I hope).
FYI to others - you can complain online very easily, the more the better. Try to be polite and make a reasonable brief point on the disclosure. Quote from the article if needed and mention the publicity, ie their reaction or lack of will be in the next article.

I am looking into a complaint to another body that deals with Corporate Governance, They really have shown a lack of ethics on both the dividend vote, and the looting of 20% of the mkt cap for change of control when there not been one.
Keep complaining, I am asking for a followup in Financial Post. Hoping that embarassment can at least moderate crooked behavoir in some... maybe.
