Very strange:

1. A prospecting licence doesn't equal a mining permit;

2. There is no radioactivity associated with Niobium mining (unless the deposit also contains Thorium, and no one has made that claim that I've heard);

3. Why does the financing keep getting postponed? Perhaps someone is waiting for all the permits to arrive before signing a cheque? Keep tuned on June 25.
