Only 2 questions that really matter I can only think of two questions about NKL that really matter: 1) Will Wellgreen ever be a mine? and 2) Does John Lee and company have the experience and integrity to ensure that NKL shareholders realize the value in Wellgreen as it becomes a mine?
Question 1) Nothing tells me that Wellgreen lacks the volume, grade, metallurgy, political environment, etc required to become a mine. The PEA increases the odds of it becoming a mine.
Question 2) Will NKL (and NKL shareholders) receive the value when it becomes a mine? I've seen too many deals when insiders or majority shareholders steal the value from the retail shareholders. (Dilution, debt, bad mergers, etc.) This is the issue that concerns me. (But not enought to make me flee the deal. - Just keeping my eyes open.)
