So now we have two Bankruptcy specialists. Greg Pollard our new CFO and Mr. Kelly Ogle co-Managing Director of Connacher and CEO of Trafina Energy which has a court-appointed receiver to liquidate its assets.

“Trafina ... has been unable to develop a satisfactory plan to repay the indebtedness owing under its facility to its lender and, as a result, it is no longer able to maintain forbearance arrangements,”
