1302racing ...you chastized  DrAudit and myself re using the word 'minot. vs minton'.. as in:

"Gadfly, you profess to be a knowledgeable veteran of BioExx matters. You've referred a few times to minton. If memory serves DrAudit did also. What is minton? Do you mean Minot? Interesting."

Without the same intent, please research the actual 'volume potential to ROI' of Sask. plant and see if can actually be a commercially viable enterprize as a stand alone plant. My former statement of 'economy of scale' relates to 'the relationship regarding 'cost to produce' to 'a viable return on investment' over time -especially when you consider the cost to up-date the new plant in line with current costs to originally build and maintain, labour costs, facilities expansion, material resources, etc'..

At the same time, I had stated the words: " Decrease all salary and ‘other’ by 35 % and then ..." ..'other' meaning and 'bonuses, 'shares options, etc of the salaried employees, or can be other professional employees... ... I do not know if you understand non-managment employees or 'unionized employees' - they are called 'hourly employees not salaried employees...  labor laws / union contracts normally refer to hourly employees - normally... and at the same time, where does it state that unionized employees are connected to a 'bonus system" ... please verify your statements -thank you!

I hope this clarifes....
