Compare BXI to Argex

Compare BXI to Argex

Here is an interesting comparison. BXI is list on the cdnx. It has over 200 million shares outstanding and got to about $2.50...mkt cap 500 million plus. They thought they had a process that could extract a certain new food grade protein that would prove very usefull in food applications. the interesting thing is that they never had a huge buyer of the product at the  end of the day (unlike argex has with PPG). They raised a ton of money for their plant in Alberta...and as things progressed they had flow issues and is now trying to figure out the mechanics to reconfigure their process. it now trades at eleven cents. Could be a good spec...

Although Argex/ppg has not proven this is scaleable to the degree we need it to be....they are much further along than BXI in reducing the risk of failure. This is Roys key statement.

My numbers show them making 25 cents a share in year three, from today...that means the stock should be around $3.50 ish in year two...when they prove successfull in year three....then the stock is worth $20 to $30 by year six... simply a ripper..imho
