As to your last question about the trading patterns of the stock. I can assure you that the no one involved with the Company is influencing the price or the trading of the stock. Not only would that be illegal but it wouldn’t be in the best interest of the Company or its management team. You have suggested that the management team might want a lower price due to the 4 million potential warrants that might be issued. The fact is, there are many more millions of options and warrants already outstanding at much higher prices that are owned by the management team that aren’t in the money with expiration dates and keeping the price down, even temporarily, makes those options and warrants worthless. All trading by management or insiders is public information and can easily be verified on the SEDI website, and shows that no one from the Company is selling any significant amount of shares.
