Hmm,  equus has $2.69 per share in cash. thats about  VV's  breakeven in the million shares that they own.

The remaining equus assets are a bonus. Yaa maybee just maybee the Equus share acquisition will still pay off for vv shareholders. Just hope there is some sort of plan.
