ddogold, the curve ball seems to be more directed to people who bought the debentures.  They have a bit of added risk now.  If IMC was waiting for some independent test results and said they needed 10 extra days to complete dd, then of course Brian would give them that 10 day extension.  IMC remains key to obtaining the other bank financing.  We still have no exact date the dd window expires, but it sounds like it is around July 3rd, so hopefully we will all join our American friends on July 4th with a few celebration fireworks.  Another 7 day wait does not seem unreasonable in all the circumstances.
