They must be saving up a lot of great news for the AGM.  If they still have nothing to report at the AGM they are going to get an earful from a bunch of stockholders.  Stands to reason if the news was bad it would have been released already--definitely not the kind of thing you want to do at an annual meeting.  One can only hope there is a lot of good news to be released at the meeting.
