Mr. David Campbell reports

FUTURA SIGNS FIRST BUSINESS TO BUSINESS AGREEMENT WITH DT TIRE DISTRIBUTION IN WESTERN CANADA

The Futura Loyalty Group Inc. has entered into a sales agreement with DT Tire Distribution Ltd., a wholesale distributor of tires and custom wheels servicing auto service centres and new car dealers in Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan. DT Tire distributes leading tire brands such as Michelin, BFG, Uniroyal, Falken, Continental, General, Pirelli, Dunlop and custom wheels 2 Crave, Ninja, Katana, BMF, Rev, Mamba, Black Rock, Tenzo and Enkei. Under the terms of the agreement, DT Tire will issue Aeroplan Miles to their customers through the Futura loyalty rewards marketing and technology platform. As a result of this sales agreement, DT Tire can provide additional marketing and sales loyalty incentives to owners of auto service centres and auto dealers by issuing miles.

"Targeting wholesale vendors represents a great opportunity to open new channels of issuance through the business to business market in the automotive sector," said David Campbell, President and CEO of Futura. "This is an exciting opportunity as it allows Futura to increase its market share penetration and loyalty awards issuance in the auto services sectors by issuing miles on vendor to retailer transactions and then again on the retailer to consumer transactions. DT Tire will be able to enhance its marketing programs and customer relationships through the application of loyalty incentives and be able to track transactions and return on marketing investment through Futura's loyalty analytics market research information."

"Owners of new car dealerships and tire & service centres are some of the most engaged collectors of loyalty programs and initial discussions of our new offering has been received very positively," said Darryl Sept, Vice President of Sales at DT Tire. "Many are already members of the Aeroplan Program on the retail side through Futura and really understand the benefits and the draw of issuing miles to their customers and love the added benefit of being able to earn miles for their own use
