 The story you posted from the government website is still a report written by a report-er. And reporters get it wrong often.

Maybe you better inform the Ethiopen Government their news release is wrong. You post old info. Things change everyday. What is the date of your maps ?  It's on the government website (Jun 25, 2012)   quoting the The Head of ERC . Of course you know something he doesn't.
