Re structuring the option to purchase agreement is possible but that event would only be to the benefit of Mega . If that happened the docile KBG shareholders would have to be heard from . It is struggling ,therefore, i doubt Mega would kick their colleague Jim when KBG is down . Mega is cashed up so they can be fair here . Issue shares or cut us loose .
