RE: AGM IMO pretty low odds, but one would think that with the corner being turned on profitability and with YNG becoming what would appear to be a real going concern a real hot-shot CEO would be something they would look to have.
Not bringing someone new and fresh onboard would indicate to me the company may be in advanced negotiations to sell out or JV with someone else. Time will tell I guess.
