You cannot make an announcement at the AGM but you can do a NR a few hours before.

One thing I am not so sure is that if you announce a  live broadcasting of an AGM, does that count as full public disclosure? Just an academic question since they will do a NR anyway.

Not so sure about UMU10.  There is really no hurry to do that and safety should alway prevail dealine.  Remember that they are spudding 15 feet away from an active well!!

The pressure is much more on reserves and on the divvy.  The next 40 hours will tell us who is at bat first.
