How much would you pay????

How much would you pay????

heyTarqy... a Canard is a myth , rumour, or falsehold... I don't believe you used the word in it's proper sense... I could be wrong but personally I've never heard of anyone actually saying that we should be getting dollar for dollar, but everyone would like a fair shake. first of all the last PEA on the mine back in April of 2011 was calculated at last years prices so if one was to calculate at the low end of todays chromite price even though BD is of superior quality ( very little smelting required if any at all- ship direct).... that would be 350.00 US per tonnage of raw Chromite ore, which works out to be approx 14 billion dollars ( the new smelting test could very easily up that another 10% if not more- when Noront did their Minereral resource study they stated that their Chromite resource had actually tripled than previously stated. Now 10% I feel is low, but if we do use an addition 10 % increase,(of which we won't know until Frank gets the MRE done, our 14B bd mine is now worth 15.4 B .... 30 % of 15.4 B is $4,620,000,000.00 (4b 620 m dollars).... the globe and mail stated that there is presently 673,891,741 shares issued https://www.theglobeandmail.com/globe-investor/news-sources/?date=20120611&archive=ccnm&slug=201206110797576001

now dollar for dollar of which I don't recall anyone actually seeking or even expecting to receive would approximatley work out to be $6.86 per share ($4,620,000,000.00 divided by 673,891,741 shares) and that would be dollar for dollar on the bd alone ...now add on the ns route... canada chrome... debut diamonds and gold train what is that worth? because the ns route of which KWG owns would have the least effect on the environment and this is one of the principal concerns, if not the main issue of the FN people. What effect will the mine have on the environment that presently sustains the FN communities with caribou, fish, fresh air and uncontaminated fresh water. The other issue of which we all know is infrastucture, jobs and revenue resource sharing... of which they should get... a cut of the action... a piece of the pie so to speak.

so in all honesty what do you feel a fair shake would be Tarq in order for someone to obtain 100% ownership of BD???... a mine that is worth approx 15b if not more??? What do you consider would be a good starting point for negotiating seeing that Freewest went for $1.00 per share with no access to obtain the Chromite????

Let me provide you with some calculations at 1.50 per share that would roughly cost $1,010,837,611.50 2.00 per share would be $1,347,783,482.00 how about $3.00 per share $2,021,615,223.00..... now take into consideration, the price of Chromite wil,l in all likelyhood continue to grow over the lifetime of BD because the resources of the other chromite mines around the world are depleting. now it really boils down to supply and demand. Do you think 30% of the $4,620,000,000.00 would be a good starting point ,because that works out to $1,386,000,000.00 which would be roughly 2.06 per share .????
