Wow...I am really impressed with this deal.  Have to hate the dilution...but in this case, I'll take the $25million cash at 100% premium.  Market cap of stock is around $10million.  Debt being paid down aggressively.  When they show evidence of cash flow and high rigs rates...this stock should have tremendous upside from here.  Keep an eye out for analyst notes on the deal.
