The 1603 grant program publishes a list of people who received their grants as recently as 2 weeks ago. If I was a reporter and got paid to research this, I'd call those guys up and say "hey, was your 1603 grant delayed?" even as a personal investor I've looked into whether some of them release the time they applied and time they received on their websites, none that I checked do.
what would be useful is for management to advise us on whether they have been requested additional information by the 1603 team, at least then we would know that the clock started at 1 again and we had another 60 day wait.
