RE: "Easily bankrupt the company..." lol Assuming the grant is paid in the next week or two where do you all see the stock price going? The cash would clean up the balance sheet and increase the book value to about $2. Interest costs would be slashed and Puerto Rico financing would proceed. It has to pop to at least $1.80 I would think. Maybe more. IR would have a lot more to promote to the investment community.
