Wellington owns 17% of AOS, the current board another 2-3%... That makes 20%. In order for the Green side to win, you've got to assume that less than 15% of AOS' voting shares were actioned in favour of Blue. I'm not a huge player by any stretch, but my holdings are significant enough that I can guarantee that anyone with similar holdings will have taken the time to vote. The Green side has to hope that a lot of shareholders didn't take the 60 seconds they needed to submit their proxy.
We can argue all we want - the truth will be out soon enough.
