This reminds me very much like CUU in 2009 when they were given Schaft Creek by Teck and turned their company into a near-billion dollar one based off of that and the thought Teck is going to pay out their ears to buy them back. 

 

Financing, purchase of land from a big company, purchase of surrounding land, drilling program, then BOOM near-billion dollar company.

 

Will we be seeing Barrick coming back and buying Amerix for hundreds of millions one day?
