Back To Reality!

Back To Reality!

Back from Lost Wages, NV.  I'd been following the posts there on my Ipad.  Good job by nearly all!

I think that any program by HDI, whether it's option 1 or option 2 will be great for Teuton and its credibility in the marketplace.  HDI; what a partner!  But I'm not going to predict "overnight" success; just plain old success!

For you poker players out there, in the last two weeks in Las Vegas, I competed in a bunch of tournaments and made two final tables and one 11th place finish.  I had about $3,000 in total winnings, which includes a $1,229 payout for an 8th place finish in a non-bracelet WSOP event.  (313 players!)  And a fifth place finish at a Wynn tournament for $1,499.  The 11th place finish earned me a measly $371.

Unfortunately my investment in entry fees was easily double the amount I won, but I had a blast and got some much needed experience against top pros.  (Tom McEvoy, a former WSOP winner was on my left in the last one I played.)  Since this is the TUO bullboard, I'll stop talking about poker here; but if anyone wants more detail, just drop me a line.  Some great stories and a few horrible mistakes by me.  For an old guy, I'm not too bad!

Jumper or somebody asked why someone would pay more for the pp than buying the stock in the open market.  Sure, if you're buying 1000 shares, that's true; but if you want to buy size, say 50,000 or 100,000 shares, if you did that in the open market, you'd push the sp up sharply.  So the pp is a way for someone to take a big position and get the warrants for free.  And an investor gets the added bonus of knowing the money they invested is not going into the hands of some "penny flipping traders;" rather it's going into the Teuton treasury where that money will be used to improve the company's prospects.

Now to try to get over my jet lag and get used to EST again.  I have to say, PST is the pits; the market opens at 6:30 a.m. local time when you're sound asleep and closes when you're eating lunch!!!  Sorry, West Coasters, that is one rough time zone!

It's good to be back!
