Personally as long as the bank loan of 110 million comes in i dont give a flying pig if IMC wants a joint venture because as i said before every tungsten producer outside of china haven't had any problem moving product. So it would mean a higher share value without IMC. NOt only that IMC would more then likely still be buying woulfe's tungsten but at the higher price upon production.
