Honestly, I am asking all the retail investors out there...... who will buy/sell 500 shares at a time every few minutes?   Anyone?   Trading commissions will have killed you.    Therefore, of course, VTR is being manipulated by investment houses?!   Retail investors are just guinea pigs riding on their backs.... and some guinea pigs will drop off their backs occasionally and got collected by these manipulators?!
