RE: Due diligence and closing date Hi Nick.. Would have been better to release this news along with update or closure of $20m convert.. This update does very little to shed light on IMC's intention since July 3rd was the new date per last news on this subject..
For now, retail investors as well as the mangement wants to see some cash coming in so the company can move on while IMC takes their sweet time.. That makes $20m convert as important if not more then IMC delivering some money in 60 days or more.. Hopefully, $20m has already been raised and you are drafting another news release.. :o)
