Itochu omitted as joint venture partner on CEC web

Itochu omitted as joint venture partner on CEC web

On the Itochu issue, I was looking at the CEC website this morning, specifically at: www.theravenproject.ca

under the heading " About Compliance Coal dba Comox Joint Venture. I've cut and pasted what it now

shows:

About Compliance Coal dba Comox Joint Venture

The Comox Joint Venture was formed in February 2009 to develop the Raven Underground Coal Project. It is 60% owned by Compliance Coal Corporation, 20% owned by , and 20% owned by LG International Investments (Canada) Ltd.

Granted, this might be an oversight by the proof reader, but it's odd that after Itochu has taken a pass on the cash call, they're conviently not mentioned in this as part of the joint venture. Again, this might be much to do about nothing, but in the abscence of any explanation from CEC, it does leave some question as to Itochu's participation going forward.
