RE: RE: Due diligence and closing date
RE: RE: Due diligence and closing date Problem is, not only with Wolfe, but many companies is that they have an almost instinctive reaction when writing a press release to be indirect and obscure and not to simply say what they mean. Even an above average 5th grader could simply say or write that,
" The DD is proceeding as expected and we are in final discussions with IMC after reviewing the technical report from IMC's consultant . Still looks like first week of July for completion of DD and then 60 days after that for receipt of money from IMC. Of course since DD is not yet completed it is possible that we may need to grant IMC a further short delay, but it looks like any such further delay will not be necessary and if it is. we would expect it to be just a few days. We still expect to be ordering long lead time equipment within days or a few weeks and are on schedule to have the mine fully operational by mid-2013."
Much like politicians they have simply become habituated to obscure B.S. type communications and lose the ability after awhile to say anything directly. Just be happy you aren't a waiter or waitress trying to figure out what they are ordering for dinner!
