If you believe that management or the BOD's is withholding material information then you are making a serious accusation. I would be very careful because what you consider material info & what the company has to legally disclose just might be two different things.

Make a complaint through the proper channels. This is your right as a SH & you should excersise this right if you feel strongly that material info is being withheld.
