The way the market acts there is no guarantee that performance will be reflected in the stock price but I would expect that it might in the dividend.

In any case, I think the new round of financing pays for the wind farm and its costs are covered by the revenues from the wind farm. Therefore this financing which was announced long ago isn't in any way dilutive.

There are lots othings I don't understand and why the secondary hd to be so low would be one of them but maybe that's what it takes to get the money quickly.
